Using KetoDrip means accepting what follows. It is short on purpose, written to be read rather than to be impossible to read, and it says what we owe you and what we do not.
Ownership
The keto / low-carb recipes published here is ours, and it is offered for your personal use. Quote a paragraph with a link back if it is useful to you; republishing a whole page is not permitted.
How this fits with privacy
These terms sit next to the privacy policy and the cookie policy, which cover data and cookies respectively and are part of the same agreement.
What you may and may not do
- Personal reading, printing and linking need no permission.
- Bulk or automated copying is not permitted, including collection for republication or for training a model that reproduces the text.
- Passing our writing off as yours, in any language, is not permitted.
- Interfering with the site’s operation or security is not permitted.
Brand names
Brand and product names belong to the companies that own them. We use them to identify what we are writing about, not to suggest any association or approval.
Changes to the site
Expect the site to change. Pages are corrected, restructured and now and then taken down, and there is no undertaking that any URL will keep working or keep saying the same thing.
Not professional advice
Treat everything here as information, not as advice given to you personally. A page cannot see your situation. For anything with real stakes, consult a professional who can.
Accuracy
Every figure here is checked before it goes up. None of them can account for your particular kit, ingredients or conditions, so read them as a starting point rather than a guarantee.
Reader contributions
Anything you submit through a comment form stays your own work, and by submitting it you let us show it under the article. We delete what is abusive, irrelevant or promotional, and we do not debate the decision.
Liability limits
Our liability is limited as far as the law permits, and no further. Acting on general information published for a general audience carries a risk that stays with the reader, but statutory rights are untouched by that.
External sites
External links point to sources we consider useful. What happens on those sites is outside our control.
Commercial arrangements
How the site pays for itself, advertising and affiliate links, is set out in full on the affiliate disclosure page rather than summarised here.
Which law applies
The governing law is that of the United States, in the state from which the site is run. A clause struck down does not take the others with it, and rights you cannot waive by law remain yours regardless.
The whole agreement
Taken with the privacy and cookie policies, this page is the complete set of terms. Correspondence does not modify it, and neither does anything published on a social account.
Revisions
We may revise these terms; whatever is published here is what governs. There is no separate notice sent out, which is why the current text always lives at this address rather than in an email you might have missed.
