It’s me, Reese, running KetoDrip, so I read the messages myself. The person answering is the one who tested and wrote the recipe you’re asking about. I reply within a few weekdays.

One thing first: if this is about your health rather than a recipe, please talk to your doctor, not a recipe site. I can tell you what’s in a dish; I can’t tell you whether keto is right for your body.

What I can help with

  • A recipe on the site. If something isn’t clear, didn’t work for you, or you think the net-carb count or a swap is off, tell me. I update recipes when I’m wrong.
  • A topic suggestion. If there’s a dish you wish had a keto version that actually holds up, send it. I don’t promise to cover everything, but a lot of what I publish comes from what people ask.
  • A source you want me to read. A study, a nutrition reference, or a dietitian willing to be quoted on the record — send it.
  • Partnership or press. Give me context, not a one-line pitch. Any commercial relationship goes through the affiliate disclosure.

What I can’t do by email

  • Tell you how many carbs you should eat. That number is between you and your doctor or dietitian, not me.
  • Diagnose anything or build you a medical plan. That’s not what a recipe site is for.
