- Gather all your ingredients for both the cake and the glaze.
- In your mug, combine the cake ingredients: melted butter, almond flour, cinnamon, sweetener blend, baking powder, and egg. Stir until smooth.
- In a separate small bowl, combine the glaze ingredients: 1 1/2 tbsp melted butter, 1/2 tbsp sweetener blend, and 1 tbsp cream cheese. Microwave for 25 seconds, then mix until smooth.
- Add half of the glaze to the mug cake batter. Swirl it in with a toothpick. Microwave for 60 seconds, or until risen and cooked through.
- Reheat the remaining glaze mixture in the microwave for 15-second intervals until fully melted and smooth.
- Carefully remove the mug cake from the mug by scraping the sides with a knife and inverting it onto a plate.
- Pour the warm glaze over the inverted cake.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your warm, gooey keto treat!
