Ingredients
  

  • 2.2 pounds chicken wings
  • 1-2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 cup apple cider / malt vinegar
  • Fresh parsley / green onions for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Divide your chicken wings into flats and drumettes, if not already divided.
  • Place your wings in a large bowl with 1-2 tbsp olive oil, ensuring each wing is lightly coated.
  • Season the wings with a mixture of 1/2 tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp onion powder, and 2 tsp salt. Rub the oil and seasoning to ensure an even coating for each piece.
  • Place the seasoned wings in a single layer on a rack over a baking sheet.
  • Mix 1/4 cup vinegar and 1 tsp salt together in a small spray bottle, ready for spritzing your wings every 10-15 minutes.
  • Bake for about 1 hour at 400 °F / 204 °C, turning every 15 minutes and spraying with the vinegar and salt mixture.
  • Serve immediately and garnish with fresh parsley or chopped green onions.
