  • 1 tsp lime zest
  • 1/4 cup lime juice (about 3 limes)
  • 3 cloves garlic (chopped)
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

  • Combine the cilantro leaves, lime zest, lime juice, chopped garlic cloves, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and olive oil in a blender.
