  2. Use the back of a spoon to gently break apart any large chunks of blue cheese against the side of the bowl, ensuring an even distribution of flavor throughout the dressing.

  4. For a thinner dressing, you can optionally add a splash of unsweetened nut milk (like almond milk) until your desired consistency is reached, adding 1 teaspoon at a time.
