- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Grease a large sheet pan with nonstick spray or 1 tablespoon of olive oil.
- Arrange the thick sliced cabbage steaks into a single layer on the prepared sheet pan. Generously slather the cabbage with the pesto sauce.
- Top the pesto-covered cabbage with the shredded parmesan, crumbled feta, halved artichoke hearts, and sliced cherry tomatoes. Bake for approximately 20-25 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender and crisped around the edges.
- Sprinkle the Mediterranean seasoning, salt, and pepper evenly over the tops of the cabbage steaks. Drizzle with the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Garnish with fresh basil leaves before serving.
