Ingredients

  • 1/2 head cauliflower (cut into florets)

  • Peel and crush the garlic and mix it in a large bowl with the olive oil, salt, and thyme leaves.
  • Cut your cauliflower into small florets of even size and then toss them in the bowl with the oil and ensure they are evenly coated.
  • Turn your air fryer on to 375°F and place a single layer of cauliflower into the basket and close it.
  • Cook for 7 minutes, then pull out the basket and turn the cauliflower pieces. Cook for a further 3 minutes.

Notes

- For extra crispiness, ensure florets are completely dry before tossing with oil and spices.
- Don't overcrowd the air fryer basket; cook in batches if necessary to allow hot air to circulate properly.
- If the cauliflower isn't browning evenly, shake the basket more frequently during cooking.
- I found that cutting the florets into similar sizes helps them cook uniformly, preventing some pieces from getting too soft while others are still hard.
