Ingredients
  

  • 3 cups water
  • 3/4 cup hemp seeds
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 drop liquid stevia (to Taste)
  • 2 teaspoons glucomannan powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt

Method
 

  1. Boil 3 cups of water, then set aside. Combine 1/3 of the boiled water with the hemp seeds in a blender. Puree for 1-2 minutes until the seeds are smooth and completely free of lumps.
  2. With the blender still running, add in the glucomannan powder and the remaining hot water. Process for another 15-30 seconds until the mixture begins to thicken.
  3. Add in the lemon juice and stevia and blend for 10 seconds to mix together thoroughly.
  4. Pour into a clean container, seal, and refrigerate for at least 2-3 hours, allowing the yogurt to set. Top with a little shredded coconut or your favorite fruit and enjoy!

Notes

- For an extra smooth texture, use a high-speed blender and blend the hemp seeds thoroughly until no grittiness remains.
- Adjust the amount of liquid stevia to your personal taste preference; start with a single drop and add more if you like it sweeter.
- This hemp seed yogurt can be stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3-4 days. It's excellent for meal prepping!
